The Founder believes the importance to preserve cultural heritage, because it keeps our integrity as a people. The importance of intangible cultural heritage is not the cultural manifestation itself but rather the wealth of knowledge and skills that is transmitted through it from one generation to the next. As someone who loves to preserve the Chinese culture, the Founder has been active in Pak Hock Pai Association since 2006 involving his family to also do the stunts and preserving the culture of Lion Dance. Lions are symbolic of wisdom and power in Chinese culture.

Windsor Aims Group through Asia Invicta Sdn Bhd has been actively sponsoring and promoting Johor Music Creative (JMC), a non profit organisation movement since 2022.
